Meanwhile, we also written the representative cultures on our plant walls, to strengthen publicity efforts, so that our employee can gradually know, understand, and identity our corporate culture in imperceptible process.
二、Improve the company's various systems, specification, implementation of 6S management activities.
In order to make the company management and the enterprise culture building to achieve a new level, AOSIF doing best to optimize enterprise working environment, improve staff quality, continuously doing self-improvement; creating a clean, comfortable, warm environment, and creating good work style of all the stuffs. All these work improved AOSIF enterprise image, and industry competitiveness.
With the completion of the new plant relocation, from September 1, 2015 throughoutthe company, AOSIF vigorously promote "Order, Straighten, Sweep, Clean,Quality, Security" as the main content of the "6S" managementactivities, to inspire employees’ sense of honor and team spirit through competitive mode. Our boss Mr. Wu is theDirector of this activity, in conjunction with different departments’management situation, thought habit etc. to obtain the improving method.
Expect that the through "6S" implementation of each department, can promote the ability of the managements and staffs, to obtain common improve of quality culture, management system and stuff 's ability , then demonstrate AOSIF excellent quality of work and products.
