2011 Mid-Autumn festival – AOSIF tour to XiaoDeng island

In order to celebrate the arrival of the annual traditional festival "Mid-Autumn festival", on September 3, 2011,AOSIF all the staff under the lead of General Wu carried out the the activities of "xiang 'an - XiaoDeng leisure fishing village". That day with the following arrangements:

7:00-8:30 ,we arrived in XiaoDeng island; 8:45-9:30,we attended meeting;12:30-9:30, Interesting games; 12:30-13:30,we barbecued, lunched;13:30-17:00,water cycling, rowing, beautiful sea water floating and salt cure, khan steam room; 17:15-18:30, we beat cake; and18:30-21:00,with fireworks, kongmin light.

During the activity, the staff fully show themself, cognitive self and the identity to the company. And the interaction between the leaders and staff, also lets the company departments workers communicate in common platform. This activity further extension of the connotation of corporate culture, promote the synthesis of the unity of the external image and internal culture, work for the employees to release the pressure, and improve the cohesion of the enterprise.
